We have an immediate need for a Recruiting Coordinator
JOB DESCRIPTION
The incumbent will: • Provide access to the recruiting system for hiring managers; • Be the first point of contact for questions related to the process and recruiting system from jobseekers, hiring managers, and recruiters through e-mail and our 1-800 phone number; • Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers on creating requisitions; • Post requisitions to various recruitment sources; • Coordinate interview schedules between the hiring managers and jobseekers; • Facilitate background/medical checks and reference checks; • Complete new hire paperwork. Qualifications The selected candidate is required to possess: • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and/or 7 years’ equivalent work experience; • Proven ability to coordinate and prioritize the workload of multiple activities, while maintaining a high level of customer service in a complex environment; • Ability to resolve problems by drawing on own knowledge and experience and calling on other references and resources as necessary; • Ability to demonstrate attention to detail to achieve quality results; • Strong MS Word, Excel and LotusNotes skills; • Ability to raise issues to the appropriate level when inconsistencies are noted; • Ability to take initiative to coordinate multiple ongoing projects; • Demonstrated excellent organization and time management skills; • Ability to handle highly diverse and often confidential material requiring excellent judgment and discretion based on broad background and understanding of company policies, office procedures, and technology; • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Ability to resolve conflict; • Excellent interpersonal skills; • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently; Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience in Human Resources or Recruitment Operations or Administration in a corporate environment.
