The Apple site in Austin, TX is looking for a Recruiting Manager to join our team. Responsibilities include managing a team of Recruiters as well as partnering with line functions to deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical support and programs to employees and managers.


Manages the company’s staff recruitment and human resources planning functions for the Austin Apple Site. Ensures that company's staffing requirements are met in accordance with governmental regulations. Oversees recruiters, technical recruiters and employment representatives in staffing activities. Establishes and oversees maintenance of effective servicing avenues and internal/external resume tracking systems to speed the process of identifying qualified candidates. Ensures consistent corporate image throughout recruiting campaigns. May maintain manpower planning system and provide guidance to management on union matters and/or affirmative action plans. Develops and implements recruiting plans to staff open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire. Provides information feedback trends and concerns of candidates to others in Human Resources and management as appropriate. Identifies and maintains contracts with recruiting sources such as job fairs, technical recruitment agencies and various job search web sites. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.




BS/BA and minimum of 10 years in technology staffing and management roles.
