We are a rapidly growing Rehab Management company and are expanding our staffing business. This is an excellent opportunity to be a key contributor as we grow regionally and nationally. Initially you will be running a full desk – handling both account management and recruiting. You will be responsible for securing new contracts to provide travel and perm placements, and for sourcing and screening candidates. You will also work closely with leadership to help us refine our service offerings.

You must have strong healthcare recruitment and client relationship skills, and experience working with a healthcare staffing agency. Must be self motivated and organized, and have the ability to quickly build rapport and establish credibility on the phone. You will be expected to provide recruiting metrics weekly.
