We currently are interviewing for a Recruiting Manager who will directly support one of our Senior Partners.
Job Description
Upon successful procurement of a Search Assignment/ Engagement by Senior Partner, Recruiting Manager (RM) will meet with Partner to discuss strategies for identifying a long list of prospective candidates. RM then begins research portion of role to identify and create initial long list. Next, RM communicates with all individuals to determine potential interest level in opportunity. When appropriate, RM completes all 1st Round interviews with eligible candidates. As applicable, RM interacts with Clients to arrange interviews and manage the agreed upon hiring process.
Annually, RM will engage in approximately 48-60 custom searches.
Requirements
Beyond a MANDATORY 4-year degree, all of our requirements are character related. We will train and develop the skills to be a World-Class Recruiter, utilizing the resources of the Largest Recruiting Organization in the World.

Compensation is Salary + Bonus- $42-60K/ year
