Recruiting Manager

  • Recruit RN's through various sources, including internet, referrals, and direct mail
  • Actively develop and grow a client base by selling consulting services to create superior staffing solutions
  • Facilitate the hiring process, which includes interviewing and screening candidates
  • Manage healthcare professionals and place them on assignments
  • Work within a team environment to recruit, interview and place highly skilled nursing professionals
  • Identify and/or resolve client customer service issues
  • Communicate effectively with employees, clients and internal office staff
  • Assist Managers in prospecting new business
  • Assist in all operations and marketing efforts
  • Responsible for achieving budget goals
  • Ability to make cold calls to clients and medical professionals
