Kinetix Technology is seeking a dynamic, high-energy, detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to join our team. The right candidate is hands-on, a self-starter, enjoys multi-tasking, is flexible, and is passionate about the opportunity to work with and manage highly motivated, skilled professionals.

 

We are looking for an effective manager with a proven track record of managing and developing individuals in a complex, fast paced environment.

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the Recruiting Team to oversee filling all open positions/requisitions in a timely fashion and with a diverse slate of candidates.
  • Providing leadership, direction and mentorship to the Recruiters
  • Recruiting and hiring new members of the recruiting team
  • Contributing to the development and consistent execution of best practices in staffing and recruitment.
  • Implementing strategies and tactics to address high volume, rapid response and proactive recruiting needs for a growing company.
  • Demonstrate clear leadership by hands-on practice of Kinetix recruiting process, working alongside of your staff and providing real time solutions to challenging issues as they arise.
  • Improve overall quality of our service delivery with measurable metrics such as time to submission, resume submission to interview ratio, interview to hire ratio, coverage and response time to requisitions.  
  • Perform team quarterly performance reviews, administer bonus and merit increases. Document and administer any performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with account management team and drive recruiting process forward, act as a facilitator between our Account Managers and the recruiting team.

 

Required Experience

• Must have exceptional recruiting and sourcing capabilities, including exceptional

  negotiation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; highly organized and results-

  oriented
• At least 6 years of recruiting experience is required as well as a minimum of 2

  years in a leadership role.
• Must be highly collaborative and able to function well within a team

   Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail.

   Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.

   Knowledge of various industry recruiting tools

   Understanding of new social networking techniques

   Knowledge/experience in IT Recruiting and Staffing
