The Recruiting Manager reports to the Branch Manager and is primarily responsible for the following: 

• Use his/her proven technical background to develop and grow his/her own client base by selling our services for a variety of Science and Technology roles.
• Make telephone sales calls and conduct in-person meetings with key managers to senior-level executives, for the purpose of selling our services to prospective clients and building on existing client relationships.
• Recruit, interview and place highly skilled technology professionals.
• Solidify Savela Solution's presence in the local marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events.
• Provide the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Strategize with teammates to accomplish weekly business growth goals

The ideal Recruiting Manager must be able to demonstrate excellent selling, negotiation, communication and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment. A combination of account development and account management skills are required for this position.  Ideal candidates will also have experience working with clients and recruiting candidates for complex government and/or military positions along with 3+ years sales and/or IT /Engineering experience.  A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related technical field is preferred.
