The Training Associates (TTA) is seeking a dynamic, high-energy, detail-oriented Recruiting Manager to join our team. The right candidate is hands-on, a self-starter, enjoys multi-tasking, is flexible, and is passionate about the opportunity to work with and manage highly motivated, skilled professionals. We are looking for an effective manager with a proven track record of managing and developing recruiters and candidates in a complex, fast paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
- Working with the Recruiting Team to oversee filling all open positions/requisitions in a timely fashion and with a diverse set of candidates.
- Providing leadership, direction and mentorship to the Recruiters
- Recruiting and hiring new members of the recruiting team
- Contributing to the development and consistent execution of best practices in staffing and recruitment.
- Implementing strategies and tactics to address high volume, rapid response and proactive recruiting needs for a growing company.
- Demonstrate clear leadership by hands-on practice of TTA Trainer Qualification Process, working alongside of your staff and providing real time solutions to challenging issues as they arise.
- Improve overall quality of our service delivery with measurable metrics such as time to submission, resume submission to interview ratio, interview to hire ratio, coverage and response time to requisitions.
- Partner with Sales Team and drive recruiting process forward, act as a facilitator between Sales and recruiting teams.
· Utilization of Tools including TTA CRM, Knowledge Base, Internet, Search engines, Social Media
Required Experience
• Knowledge/experience in IT Recruiting and Staffing
• Exceptional recruiting and sourcing capabilities
• Proven passion and demonstrated ability for using social media -- a power user of Web 2.0 tools including Twitter, LinkedIn, blogs, YouTube, RSS, social bookmarking, and Job boards including Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.
· Strong negotiation skills.

• Highly organized and results-oriented
· 5 years recruiting experience
• 2 years leadership experience.
· Strong Team Building Skills
· Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail.
