About the Job

At Bestica, nation's leading User Experience and IT staffing firm, we are rapidly growing our outreach and service to some of nation's leading brand companies and key players in the User Experience Design and IT industry.


And, as we continue to grow by leaps and bounds, we are looking to add a dynamic and effective Director of Recruiting, one who can manage as well as perform hands on rolein a fast paced and challenging environment, to our energetic team.


Role Summary:

  • Dynamic and driven Recruiting Manager needed to lead a team of technical recruiters for Bestica, nation’s leading User Experience design (UX) and Information Technology recruiting firm specializing in identifying talent for clients with niche needs in technology on a national basis.
  • This is not a sales position but requires a candidate with recruiting, sales and account management background to mentor, lead, and challenge and inspire an already successful team.

 

Key duties and responsibilities:


  • Work-Flow Management and Strategic Direction

o    Lead/Facilitate regular meetings to discuss talent needs from our clients, develop plans to source, interview and evaluate candidates

o    Assist with problem solving regarding candidate and client management

o    Further develop the Bestica Brand by involving the team in identifying marketing and sales related functions and provide the operational support to the recruiting team

  • Performance Coaching

o    Through observation and discussion, identify talents and areas of development for each individual employee and work together to develop a regular performance review process to include verbal feedback and an annual written performance review.

o    Meet with each team member weekly for a one-on-one discussion regarding workload, candidate and client issues and to review metrics and provide coaching

o    Provide a regular summary for the team to provide updates, progress and future direction

  • Development of Metrics/ Performance Criteria

o    Work collaboratively with the team to develop and track performance metrics (call numbers, quality, talk-time, telephone interviews, sales leads, candidate and client updates) that are aligned with industry best practices as well as with the culture within our firm

o    Work with team members to best understand the current best practices and processes in place to document, publish for internal use and update regularly to improve efficiencies and professionalism


Required Experience:

  • 4 years’ experience managing recruiting/ sales team in technology or executive recruiting
  • Experience working in National Market and proven track record of growing a productive team
  • Staffing industry experience required
