Here at The Brooklyn Hospital Center, we have a rewarding opportunity for an energetic, organized, and forward thinking individual to supervise staff and oversee daily operations of our HR Recruitment department. The Manager of Recruitment should bring a mix of experience, talent, style and values that will enable them to succeed in a complex, diverse, environment and assist in maintaining its status as a leading healthcare provider. Real desire to build a “best in class” recruitment process that enables cascading excellence throughout the Hospital.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
An ideal candidate will also bring the following professional experience and personal qualities to this important role:
1. Previous proven successful recruitment/staffing experience.
2. Ability to manage function in a fast pace environment. Previous proven experience in recruitment planning with hiring managers, and in recruitment strategy development and method assessment preferred.
3. Individual will be familiar with automated resume retrieval and tracking products/services, and ideally have established and or implemented a system.
4. An effective and efficient manager of resources, costs, and service providers. A service and team-oriented collaborative approach is necessary.
5. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related area Master’s degree preferred.
6. Establish and manage a corporate Recruitment Function for The Brooklyn Hospital Center. Support the recruitment of "top talent" candidates who embody TBHC values and will serve as a "good fit".
