We are currently interviewing for a Referral Manager.

This position is responsible for the development and implementation of the quarterly sales plan, management of referrals, admissions process, and maintaining census at budgeted levels.

Qualified applicants will have a background in long-term care and /or rehabilitation, knowledge of the different hospital systems within the Twin Cities area, and previous sales experience.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, disciplined, goal oriented and have excellent interpersonal skills. This professional position requires leadership ability, analytical skills and the ability to build and lead the marketing and admissions teams in the center.
