We are currently hiring new Operators for our Los Angeles Call Center. Starting pay is typically between $11 and $12 per hour based upon your skills and experience. As a new Operator Trainee, you must successfully complete six-month introductory period to become eligible for wage increases, paid holidays (including your Birthday!) and health benefits. This is a full-time position and you can expect to work pre-dawn or late-night and weekends as you get started. Schedule flexibility increases with your availability for busy shifts, and with experience and excellence on the job.
Main Job Responsibilities:
In this role Operator/Referral Specialist must be able to:
· answer incoming calls professionally and in a timely manner;
· respond to consumers’ inquiries; listen well and comprehend information received from the callers;
· understand callers’ needs and research required information using available sources;
· assist in finding the best possible “match” for a consumer with a Dental Office based on the received data;
· Follow specific guidelines and scripts when performing the job.
· Provide excellent customer service.
Job Requirements:
· Excellent listening, communication and problem solving skills.
· Ability to interview callers to obtain information, assess their needs and
provide appropriate information and referrals.
· Good time management and organizational skills, with ability to prioritize and
multi-task.
· Strong interpersonal skills
· Working knowledge of computers and standard office equipment with the ability to utilize the Internet.
· Phone based customer service experience
· Must possess problem-solving, critical thinking ability; attention to detail
· Proficient typing skills.
