The preferred candidate is a longtime resident of the northern Wisconsin area and has the attitude and will to succeed.  Duties for this Region Manager position include sales management and construction operations management for our 8 branch offices in northern Wisconsin and upper Michigan.  This position will require two to three nights of travel per week.  Qualified candidates must be organized, have good communication skills, and have minimally 5 years of management experience. Our managers operate with a high sense of urgency in a successful, disciplined environment.

Requirements and Desires:
  * Previous sales and management experience required.
  * Experience in construction desired but not required.
  * 4-year degree in a business management, construction, or a related field preferred but not required.
  * This position also requires travel and a valid driver's license with clean driving record.
