Johnstone Supply, the nation's largest HVACR wholesale distribution cooperative is seeking a Regional Account Manager for our Northeast region.  Johnstone is a Cooperative that exists to support our Members in growing profitably and this position assists in ensuring that the programs and services the Cooperative provides meet Johnstone Member needs. This position is responsible for developing strong relationships with Members, understanding Member needs, serving as the liaison between Members and Cooperative staff, working with internal staff to develop and improve programs and services, and following through to ensure that all commitments are delivered on.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years experience in sales, marketing, or account development.


• Knowledge of wholesale business processes (finance, purchasing, inventory control).


• Ability to develop relationships and establish effective lines of communication.


• Ability to organize and facilitate effective meetings.


• Skill in negotiating and developing comprehensive sales and marketing programs.


• Ability to provide quality customer service.


• Skill in resolving problems.


• Ability to travel 50%.


• Knowledge of the HVACR market for the Northeast region is helpful.


• Previous hydronics experience highly preferred.
