












· Primary purpose of this position is to establish strong business partnerships for the Central States to include: Dallas, Houston, El Paso, St. Louis and Memphis · Provide exceptional quality service for designated MED3000 Clients by working as Project Manager and Client Advocate creating project plans while introducing the utilization of additional MED3000 products and services · Establish MED3000 clients as “showcase” accounts for their community and to gain reference sites for MED3000 sales opportunities – act as main liaison between MED3000 and clients · Develop, build and maintain open relationships with MED3000 clients; identify and communicate with key decision-makers on a regular basis and as needed; understand and anticipate clients’ needs · Cooperate with other departmental managers to promote relationships internally Responsibilities: · Adhere to and supper the mission, purpose, philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of MED3000 · Comply with the MED3000 HIPAA Compliance Plan and the Privacy Standards Confidentiality Agreement · Demonstrate support for the MED3000 Corporate Compliance Program by being knowledgeable of compliance responsibilities as expressed in the Code of Conduct; adhering to federal and state laws, rules, regulations and corporate policies and procedures that affect her/her specific job functions/responsibilities; and reporting compliance issues/concerns in a timely and appropriate manner · Conduct at a minimum, quarterly annual reviews with assigned MED3000 clients focusing on identifying any areas of MED3000 services in need of improvement · Participate in onsite visits and client conference calls as needed. Assists the Director in developing and updating the National Accounts Program · Ensure the Corporate Office has current client contact information and all internal systems are consistent · Works closely with the National Account Sales team members in providing assistance to the clients in planning, developing and upgrading their IT solutions. Work with MED3000 project management team and assigned implementation leads to ensure quality onsite training during upgrades or other specific training activities. · Conducts the Determination of Needs Analysis during implementation. Works closely and communicates DNA with sales team, implementation team and application support. Monitors contract terms and ensures that MED3000 and client work is processed in a timely manner consistent with the terms and conditions of the contract. · Pursue additional training to increase knowledge of the business, client needs and applications · Works to establish and maintain a positive, long-lasting relationship. Follow up as needed with client’s issues to ensure appropriate client satisfaction has been accomplished. Accountable for resolution to all issues and acts as liaison for the client with other MED3000 departments. · Assists the Director in the development of the National Accounts Budget. Successfully delivers services to his/her respective clients within the budgetary guidelines. In the PSS Division: · Revenue Cycle Management Clients – works with respective CBO and if applicable Finance Department to ensure monthly financial reports are prepared and communicated each month with the clients · Operation Assessments and Reviews – review the operations of an existing practice, or potential client for areas of improvement (i.e. new office location assessment, new services for a practice, merging and/or separation of a practice, policy and procedure development, workflow analysis, review of staff skill sets, etc.). Account Manager will review the practice/client and prepare any necessary reports. Requirements: Education: · Undergraduate degree preferred or high school diploma with significant healthcare experience in lieu of degree Experience: · Minimum 5 to 7 years (with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity) of outpatient and/or physician office experience with groups of 0-20 FTE physicians/providers in the related functions of patient workflow, policy and procedure development, revenue cycle management (centralized and decentralized) · Staffing expertise in the areas of assignment of roles relative to the clinical workflow and documentation within an office and/or hospital-based office setting · Experience gained through exposure to systems implementation (PM and/or EMR systems) and the change management and quality measures that encompass an implementation · NextGen and Managed Care experience preferred Knowledge and Skills: · Excellent oral and written communication skills including formal presentations · Demonstrated ability in relationship development and problem solving.
