PAY INFORMATION

Regional Routes

Starting Pay Range: .36 CPM

Stop Pay: Average 5-6 stops per route

Year 1 $20 Per Stop

Year 2 $25 Per Stop

Year 3 $30 Per Stop

Year 4+ $35 Per Stop

Paid DOT Regulated Sleeper Berth Time

Year 1 $6 Per Hour

Year 2 $6.50 Per Hour

Year 3 $7 Per Hour

Year 4+ $7.50 Per Hour

COMPANY DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

Class A CDL

Minimum Age: 21 Years.

Minimum Experience: 1 Year Experience

Willing to ride and run routes that are teams.

Ability to use ramp and dolly to unload product.

Willing to go out on deliveries that last 1-3 days.

Driving School graduates: Yes

HAZMAT Endorsement: No

Doubles/Triples Endorsement: No

Tank Endorsement: No

Passenger Endorsement: No

DWI Restriction: Yes. Individuals with a DWI within the past 10 years will not be considered for employment

Moving Violation Restrictions: One moving violation in the past year and only two in three years.

Preventable Accident Restrictions: 1 last 3 years.
