Regional Director of Operations - Southern Indiana/Kentucky



Since 1994, Assisted Living Concepts has designed residences to be a true home to older adults who need some assistance with activities of daily living such as eating, bathing, dressing, and medication management. This combination of housing and services provides an affordable alternative that encourages independence for individuals who do not require the 24-hour continuous skilled nursing care provided by broader institutional health services providers. Our care givers treat each resident with respect and provide the care they need while fostering dignity and self-esteem in a home-like setting.

We are currently seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee operations for thirteen assisted living residences in Indiana and one in Kentucky. This is unique opportunity for a self-starter proficient in occupancy development, financial management and assisted living operations.  You must be a seasoned health care professional with a proven record of occupancy development. A minimum of 4 years experience in an assisted living environment or long-term care and multi-facility experience required.  Travel, including overnight, is required. 


Job responsibilities include:

                  Training, development and support of management team

                            Regulatory compliance
