We are looking for an energetic and results oriented leader with 5-10 years related experience. We also prefer at least 2-3 years at a regional (multi-facility) management level; familiarity with state licensing requirements as they affect the assisted living industry; a commitment to proactive marketing as it relates to community occupancy and financial success; and a proven track record of profitability including but not limited to a solid understanding of P&L accounting. The ideal candidate will possess a commitment to employee development and customer satisfaction. Expected travel is 80-90% throughout the region.
