Our client is a leading national executive real estate company that is looking to expand their Regional Director of Real Estate team in the Salt Lake City area. With over 1000+ business centers located nationally and internationally, our client is looking to expand and rapidly grow in 2010.  This person will be responsible for Site Selection, Identifying landlord opportunities for partnership lease opportunities, identifying potential acquisition targets, maintaining the current real estate portfolio.

The ideal candidate will:

-          Have a proven track record of commercial real estate success

-          5+ years of real estate experience

-          Lease negotiations required

-          Leasing knowledge preferred

-          Experience presenting to “C” level management

-          Motivated and competitive

This opportunity has a strong base plus commission.  Benefits are included.
