G&T Industries, Inc. is a dynamic employee-owned multi-national company based in Byron Center, Michigan.  We are a manufacturer and distributor of OEM products and our own line of branded goods including comfort and life enhancing products for contract furniture, residential furniture, hospitality furniture, medical devices, medical furnishings and packaging.

We are seeking a seasoned and professional Regional Distribution Sales Manager based in the Denver, CO area to cover the South Central and Western US regions.  This position will have complete responsibility for all commercial activities related to our branded GT-Healthcare goods and the sales success of our dealer/distributor partners in the regions. 

Primary duties include but are not limited to:

• Fully supporting the marketing and sales efforts of our dealer/distributor partners in the regions.
• Presenting and selling the GT branded products and services to current and potential customers.
• Establishing, expanding and managing our dealer/distributor partner relationships.
• Identifying prospects, establishing contact and meeting with potential customers as required to close on sales opportunities.
• Plan and prepare presentations and proposals in pursuit of new business opportunities.
• Preparation of a variety of status reports including call activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to progress of established goals and objectives.
• Lead and participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and webinar events.

 The ideal candidate will be willing to travel 50% + of the time, possess excellent leadership, communication, prospecting and closing skills.  Strong computer skills including a solid familiarity with Microsoft Office is also a requirement.  A Technical or Business related Bachelors degree or 5+ years healthcare related sales and/or sales management experience is preferred.
