We currently have an opportunity at our Houston, TX plant for a Regional Human Resources Manager. The description and qualifications are as follows:

You will provide HR guidance and support to other Graham facilities and their staffs in the US.  Activities will include directing and/or supporting employment, staffing, HR legal compliance, labor and employee relations, training, safety, succession planning and HR administration. Must be willing to perform limited travel and be prepared for extended projects at other locations as required.

You will have a strong relationship with the Plant Manager in Houston for local issues and the Director of Manufacturing and Plant Managers for multi-plant issues.  

Other Requirements:

Knowledge in other operations leadership in addition to HR leadership will receive strong consideration.

Experience:

The successful candidate should a minimum of 5-7 years generalist experience in a progressive, fast paced HR environment either multi plant or in a single large location. Must have experience as the primary HR resource to a plant or general manager.

BS or BA required. Masters will receive additional consideration.

PHR or SPHR will receive additional consideration.

Proficiency in the use of continuous improvement tools desired.

Proficient in Excel and Word, Microsoft Applications, SAP, and/or HRIS systems.
