Job Description:
Life Systems is currently seeking a qualified Regional Sales Manager to market our products in a multi-state territory in and around Atlanta, GA. We offer salary, commissions, company car and health benefits (after 60 calendar days). This position will be based in a home office around the Atlanta area with overnight travel three to four days per week throughout the territory. Specific duties and responsibilities are as follows:
- Sell capital equipment into the long term health care market
- Develop new clients in the assigned territory. Maintain a complete understanding of the accounts and their business practices.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients in the region.
- Create relationships with C level nursing home management
- Accurate follow up and lead generation within assigned territory
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual quotas
- Present a professional demeanor at all times as an ambassador of the Company
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team representing the Company
- Comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years sales experience
- Persuasive communication ability with well-developed negotiating skills
- History of performance success with 20(k)+ deals and a 3-6 month sales cycle
- Proven relationship success at the C-level of Management staff, preferable hospital, assisted living or long-term care facilities
- Knowledgeable about the evolving health care arena
- BS/BA preferred
- Good computer skills with the ability to demonstrate data transfer capabilities between medical equipment and patient management systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and database applications
- Experience selling to national corporate accounts is a plus!
Preference will be given to candidates with health care IT sales experience and proven road warriors!
