Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 


Business and Operations Planning: The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring alignment with client overall objectives and performance measurements.


Use a collaborative process to review each Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) to document and trend performance and results.


This position will lead company’s specific management strategy for each location by developing a three (3) year time line which includes operating and suggesting capital improvement


Scope Decisions: Identify best practices and KPIs that will be used to manage and evaluate performance.


Identify critical services that will be required and potential consequences should these services not be carried out in accordance with the Business Plan. The Business Plan shall also include a contingency plan for each of the critical services in the event they cannot be carried out.


Service Level Agreements: Measuring performance is critical in our ability to continuously improve services. The Operations


Manager will drive the service levels across the portfolio, working closely with the Columbus Indiana team to develop specific performance metrics that are based on business strategy and operational requirements.

Manages Account Managers and Operations Managers in planning, decision-making, facilitating and process improvement and takes responsibility for subordinates' activities


Provides access to staff for development, coaching and feedback


Provides regular performance feedback along with annual goals


Develops subordinates' skills and encourages growth


Solicits and applies customer feedback (internal and external)


Fosters quality focus in others; Improves processes, products and services.


Continually works to improve supervisory skills
