Location: South Florida
Genji, Inc. is a fast-growing company that is well-known for its all natural, fresh and nutritious Japanese-inspired cuisine. We operate over 100 sushi bars in 18 different U.S. states, and London UK, within Whole Foods Market locations.
Description
Genji is currently seeking a Regional Manager for South Florida. The Regional Manager will work closely with the Divisional Manager and Director of Supermarket Operations. This position is responsible for performing the following duties:
· Oversees multi-unit sushi venue operations in assigned region · Increases sales and profits · Ensures effective development and enforcement of customer service policies and procedures · Complies with Federal, State, and Local Requirements |
Requirements
· Two to Four years of management experience and/or training
· Must have experience in a single-facility role, sushi or Asian food experience preferred
· Exceptional communication and presentation skills, strong customer relationship & negotiation
skills
· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
· ServSafe certification a plus
· HACCP knowledge and/or certification is a plus
Travel
· Ability to travel 50%
