Govig Senior Care, the premier Executive Search firm in the Senior Care industry, is seeking a top-notch REgional Nurse Consultant in New Mexico. This position requires a Regional Nurse Consultant with at least five years of Director of Nursing experience in Long Term Care and residence in New Mexico. The region includes Albuquerque, Roswell, Las Cruces. Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the state of New Mexico or hold a Compact License.

 

All potential candidates must have:

 

- A proven track record of good surveys

- An active RN license

- 5 years experience in long-term care in a Director of Nursing or Regional Nurse Consultant role.

- First-rate leadership skills to work with existing nurse managers and   employees.

-  Ability to delegate tasks, taking into account staff skill sets and core competencies, to maximize effectiveness of the nursing team.

- Innovative approach to management and teaching.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

 

- Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group presentations.
