Altran Control Solutions is seeking a professional General Manager to assume the role of Regional Partner for the Southeast territory. The successful candidate will be a highly-experienced audit professional with broad management, business development and customer relations skills.
This person will function as the Southeast Region’s Partner, responsible for the overall region’s performance. This includes ultimate accountability for the region’s P&L, delivery on multiple engagements, the business development process, and responsibility for managing and developing staff members.
- Leading the Southeast region business unit
- Developing business by contracting with new customers consistent with company business strategy.
- Hiring consultants to support the development of business.
- Oversight and follow-up for each assigned client.
- Overseeing billing and collections.
- Managing the relationship between company staff and our clients.
- Reporting to the CEO about the progress of each project, and information relating to the continuation of each project.
- Coordinating the management of each assigned client.

Qualifications:
- Prior P&L (General Management) experience is strongly preferred
- Professional Services / Consulting experience
- Big 4 experience preferred
- MBA or other related advanced degree
- CPA, CIA, CISA or other audit certification
Required:
- Significant Internal Audit experience. Must have experience at a higher level internal audit position in a public company or with a major consulting company assigned to public company clients. Experience should include performing risk assessments, developing audit plans, performing financial and operational audits, reporting results to audit committee
- Must have large-scale project management experience
- Experience managing and developing staff; good interpersonal skills
- Ability to deal with challenging client situations
- Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must have at least an undergraduate degree in accounting or related field
- Willing to travel
- Experience closing sales of large consulting service projects
- Contribute to a positive team attitude
- Flexible, self started possessing intellectual curiosity
- Ability to interact with various levels of client and company management
