Quality Pharmacy Management, Inc. (qPM) is one of the leading providers of remote pharmacy services in the Rocky Mountain region.   qPM pharmacists are available 24 hours a day to assist health care institutions with after-hours medication order review, remote supplemental staffing, drug information and other clinical services.  qPM also offers a variety of consulting services in regulatory compliance, information technology or clinical pharmacy services.  qPM pharmacists work from remote locations across the country to provide the services.


 


QPM is looking for experienced and highly motivated pharmacists to join the qPM ownership group and assist with the establishment of qPM services in other regions of the United States. 


 


As one of the primary owners of the qPM corporations to be created in various regions, the executive would be responsible for:


 


-          Marketing qPM services to prospective clients


-          Establishing contracts with new clients


-          Hiring pharmacy staff to provide service to clients in the region


-          Managing the daily operations of the region


-          Monitoring the quality of services and customer satisfaction


-          Managing the financial operations of the region


-          Reporting results to the Board of Directors


 


Candidates for the executive position should have the following qualifications:


 


Bachelor degree in pharmacy.  Advanced degree (Pharm.D., M.B.A. etc.) preferred.


Two or more years experience as a pharmacist or pharmaceutical sales representative.


One or more years of supervisory, management or administrative experience.


Excellent inter-personal communication skills.


Outstanding customer service skills.


Previous experience in strategic planning and goal setting.
