Provide support to store teams in a Region (10-20 Stores) towards the achievement of Luxottica Retail corporate goals and quality standards of excellence while continuously striving to achieve legendary customer service.

·        Customer Satisfaction - Diagnose and evaluate lab teams’ ability to provide superior customer service/satisfaction.

·        Associate Development - Ensure the development of quality laboratory leadership and associate knowledge, skills and competencies that will enable them to consistently produce the highest quality eyewear in one hour.

·        Quality Assurance - Through store visits, ensure lab associate team consistently delivers superior quality products; identify and communicate action plans for improvement.

·        Regulatory Compliance and Safety – Ensure lab associates are manufacturing product in a manner that is consistent with Federal, State and Local laws and Company approved safety/regulatory programs.

·        Equipment Maintenance/Management - Evaluate the maintenance and proper functioning of lab equipment to consistently produce superior quality eyewear Communicate, implement and ensure compliance of all company policies, programs, standards and visual presentations.

·        Expense Management - Set region direction and goals for cost effective quality and technical procedures Exemplifies Luxottica Retail vision, mission and values; celebrates Wins; lead by example.

 

 

·        College degree with major in manufacturing or equivalent experience

·        Optical certification – ABO, Optical State License or equivalent experience

·        3+ years of Optical Laboratory Management

·        5+ years of Optical eyewear manufacturing experience
