Description:
• Lead profitable sales growth for the high traffic facilities segment, |
including building services contractors. Develop and manage key |
programs. |
• Assists Group Vice Presidents (GVPs) in managing boundary issues for |
multi-site accounts. |
• Participate as standing member of Sales Lead Team. |
• With Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs), GVPs and VP Sales, implement |
Sell Strategy recommendations across the region. |
• Develop region sales plan supporting Marketing strategy. Lead sales |
planning process within the region to develop and ensure consistency |
between division, group and region sales plans. Lead regular |
planning/review sessions. Attain region alignment regarding sales |
strategy. |
• Drive sales process excellence across the region to ensure linkage to |
market segment strategy. |
• Drive sales people excellence across the region. Initial focus will |
be sales manager effectiveness. |
• Analyze competitors via SWOT analysis and determine relative share |
position. |
• Implement regional programs with key suppliers for targeted customer |
segments. |
• Perform regular analysis to determine sales coverage and deployment |
strategies ensuring correct sales coverage roles for specific customer |
types. Allow for customer channel preferences and sales expense |
management. |
• Perform regular skill assessments for sellers and sales leaders. |
• For sales leaders, analyze skills and effectiveness in the area of |
coaching, managing and measuring, account assignments, developing direct |
reports and business results. |
• Implement common sales processes and tools. |
• Lead the annual sales recognition program, including analysis and |
