The Regional Sales Manager will be home-based
in Northern California and be responsible for managing all facets of product
sales generation within Henkel’s adhesive materials product line, selling into
the electronics OEM marketplace. Primary focus will be on developing business
with new OEM accounts while also managing existing customer accounts.
Individual must be capable of managing and motivating Manufacturer
Representatives to sell product on both a direct basis and through assigned
distribution sales channels.

Promote and sell multiple product
lines from multiple business units.Provide product training to
converters and representatives.Execute customer visits and
presentations.Coordinate the qualification on new
customers and projects.Capture “print position” at the
design-in authority.Coordinate strategic and focus
account plan initiatives.Provide intelligence relative to
new products & applications.Facilitate closure to contracts and
price agreements.Coordinate the global communication
and coordination of projects.Coordinate cross functional
resources when applicable.Provide meaningful and timely
reporting.

Qualification:

Who we are looking for (Qualifications)


Bachelor’s degree
in Business, Engineering or related field required.5+ years relevant
OEM sales experience in Electronics or a similar industry, and a
progressive record of self-starting results required.Individual must
possess the ability to establish and maintain high-level relationships
within customers’ organization.Individual must be
able to develop and execute value based selling tactical plans.Prefer experience
selling highly engineered industrial adhesives and thermal materials to
leading Telecom OEM and Datacom OEM’s.Ability to travel
as needed (25%-30%)
