Sales Engineer (Hunter - Assemblies/Process Industries)

$70K - $85K +1% Commission ($100K+ at plan)

Local contract manufacturing (Metal Components) company needs a Business Development Sales Representative – selling services. 

·         Knowledge of mechanical assemblies, metal fabrication, components and Job Shop needed.

·         50% regional travel.

·         Ten years of Industrial Sales required.

·         Six to ten years of contract manufacturing service experience selling services to telecom/energy/small engine, etc. is desired.

·         Background to include knowledge of manufacturing capabilities to branch out with new products.

·         Ability to assess, qualify, research, plan and then close on new business opportunities,

·         Be able to develop business plans and train independent reps. (Manage Rep Group Network._

·         Must be very self-driven.
