Need a superstar who does not know the top is never there.  Excellent opportunity of unique product lines in emerging food products for the right sales superstar.  Significant compensation growth with performance. Not a paperwork intensive management, but strong emphasis on sales performance and customer development.  Our product line is extensive, our quality is paramount, and our reception with the consumer is incredible.  We need the best communicators in the industry to spread the news!

Opportunity with be centered in Southeastern US, and candidate must have excellent proximity to major airport (Atlanta, Tampa, Orlando, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, etc.).  If you are willing to spend the first 6 months developing heavy customer contact and significant travel away from home getting your marketplace into the growth mode, then you need to read farther.  If you are just looking for another job, do not reply. This company has high energy, high expectations, and high compensation.  We are expanding across our channels, and must have sales superstars who can continue this growth.  Initial salary right at $100K, with first year bonus program to add $50K.  Company paid travel, very good executive benefits, and most important, by year 2 and 3 you should exceed your salary in bonuses with good performance.  

Must have requirements for consideration:
  • 4 year college degree
  • Verifiable sales success in the CPG industry or Foodservice marketplace with national account penetration and major sales initiatives
  • Minimum 7+ years of sales experience to include either national accounts or significant regional dominators (HEB, Publix, Wakefern, Food Lion, etc.)
  • Passion and loyalty to organization and hard work rewarded by incredible potential career growth
  • Past experience with ethnic or international food products considered important
  • Ability to run own business and MAKE OWN DECISIONS to grow the business is critical
