Due to our phenomenal success over the last 2 years we are seeking a RSM to head up all sales activities within the Texas and surrounding states area.

Primary Responsibilities:


·         Identify and close large direct sales to state and local government prospects and customers with dealer assistance.


·         Work with dealers to market the product, identify opportunities, conduct successful trials and close sales.


·         Market and sell to major state and local DOT’s, as well as industry consulting firms, to assure that the company and product is visible and considered as a primary solution in our application areas


·         Present the company at various local industry meetings and associations, regional trade shows, and national meetings.


·         Develop relationships at all levels in large organizations.



Qualifications:


·         5+ years of success in direct sales of wireless, networking or data management software/hardware products.


·         MUST have experience in working with state and local governments, where trials and competitive bidding are an essential part of doing business, is preferred.


·         Demonstrate the ability and experience to qualify, pursue and compete on long sell-cycle sales opportunities with positive results.


·         Ability to demonstrate and sell technology products to engineers and other technical groups.


·         Experience in the Wi Fi and mobile networking industry is desired


·         Four year bachelor’s degree in a related field preferably with an MBA.


·         Must be willing to travel 20 – 50% of the time (to prospect and customer sites, dealer facilities, industry meeting locations, and HQ office).
