We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to build and develop our Southeast Region.
This is a hands-on sales role. You will connect with customers on a daily basis, building relationships and introducing them to our new product. With the support of strong sales promotion programs from some of the most loved names in the food and ice cream industry—Schwan’s’, Nestle~, Blue Bunny, Dippin, Dots and many more—you will share creative ways to help clients grow their business.
You will have the opportunity to hire your own team of Area Sales Representatives to help drive rapid sales growth.
Desired Experience / Skills
§ Good listener and communicator; Good social skills; Ability to relate with a diverse group of people (small to medium sized business owners)
§ Highly motivated individual; skilled in motivating others
§ Passion for building relationships and connecting people with equipment and tools to help them grow their businesses
§ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
§ 5-7 years of sales experience desired with a proven track record of success
§ Interpersonal skills and professionalism in addition to strong organizational and presentation skills
§ Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office
§ Must be able to “think outside the box”
§ Capable of achieving and exceeding targeted performance goals
§ Prefer experience in business to business sales; food industry exposure is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
Region Sales Managers initiate relationships with potential customers to present our newly innovated product. You’ll connect with customers on a daily basis to communicate the financial benefits of investing, aid in product sourcing and offer delivery options. As the region leader, you will hire and provide coaching for a team of Area Sales Representatives. Your team's success will contribute directly to your financial incentives.
