Position: Regional Sales Manager

3B a world leader in high quality RTF door products is looking for candidates for the position of Regional Sales Manager.

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible to implement the sales and marketing strategy on a regional level. The RSM will coordinate the sales effort with independent sales representatives in the region. The RSM reports to the Director of Sales and Marketing and provides regular reports regarding progress on the sales plan, customers and competitors. The RSM will be consistently traveling in the region visiting customers, as well as visiting our production plant in Kentucky. The RSM will follow in detail the work of the independent sales representatives and coordinate their efforts to be most effective in the region. Training and motivation of the regional sales team forms part of the assignment.

The successful candidate should have a proven professional sales experience in the woodworking industry - kitchen and bath cabinet components market on a regional level; experience in the closet manufacturing market is a plus. Experience with RTF door products is considered a further advantage.
