Job Purpose:
Sells cost segregation consulting services by maintaining and expanding customer base in AL, LA and MS.
Duties:
* Achieves regional sales objectives by preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying trends; implementing change.
* Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national/regional objectives.
* Maintains and expands customer base by building and maintaining rapport with key customers and identifying new customer opportunities.
* Grows cost segregation business by identifying opportunities with new and existing clients, surveying consumer needs and trends and tracking competitors.
* Improves job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications and maintaining personal networks.
Skills/Qualifications:
Proven record of meeting Sales Goals, Must be Self-motivated and Results Driven, Strong Management Skills, Presentation and Computer Skills, Record of Building Relationships, Demonstrated Ability to Develop a Sales Plan and Close Business.
Other:
* 6-month independent consultant contract that could lead to full-time employment.
* Exposure to commercial real estate, depreciation or cost segregation preferred.
