Dayton Superior Corporation, a national leader in supplying construction related materials including concrete and masonry accessories, forming systems, chemical and paving products, is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our winning team.
You would be responsible to coordinate sales; develop and maintain a sales plan and budget while managing and assisting dealers to promote sales in the surrounding Kansas City area. Your expertise in coordinating training throughout the division would ensure each customer’s needs are met.
A successful candidate possesses strong interpersonal and written communication skills; is adept at mathematical concepts and calculations, is able to resolve practical problems and can use personal computer programs. An effective Regional Sales Manager is skilled at conducting effective presentations to managers, clients, customers and the general public.
A Bachelor’s degree from a four year college or university is required along with at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry or the equivalent combination of both.
