Regional Sales Manager

Rapidly Expanding and Highly Successful Medical Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to manage the sales and marketing efforts of its leading edge product lines into the hospital and medical markets.

The successful candidate will have:

·         Minimum of 5 years of medical sales experience.

·         Successful and documented experience in managing Territory Managers.

·         Documented sales and sales management successes.

·         Effective presentation and consensus gaining skills.

·         Strong people and interpersonal relations skills.

·         Ability to discuss features, advantages, competitive and clinical benefits of all products.

·         Excellent command presence and leadership skills.

·         Ability make timely and effective decisions and to meet and exceed goals and objectives.

·         Strong communication skills (written, oral and presentation).

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks towards common goal in a timely fashion.

·         Proven negotiation and project management skills.
