RB Rubber Products, located in McMinnville, Oregon and a leader in the recycled rubber industry, is seeking a dynamic, high-energy, salesperson to expand our presence in the Fitness and Parks/Recreation markets.  Products include fitness room flooring and playground safety tiles made from recycled tires.

This position requires minimum 5 years of solid, direct, outside sales experience with demonstrated successful revenue growth selling direct and working with distributors in a highly competitive market.  Must be able to operate easily within a team environment, be self-motivated and understand how to prioritize efforts.  Experience with flooring and flooring products preferred.
