This manufacturing company is one of the fastest growing and progressive companies in the Midwest. They manufacture a diverse line of pre-engineered building products from residential to agricultural, commercial, and industrial building systems.
They are currently in need of a handful of Regional Sales Managers (RSM) for various territories.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years minimum sales experience in similar industry such as construction, buildings, architecture, etc.
- Must have proven track record of developing a sales territory and adding new dealers.
- Dynamic sales personality
- Must be a good closer and not afraid to take risks when networking
- Must be open to travel within territory, approximate travel 50%
- Degree preferred but not required
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruiting new customers and dealers is the number one goal for the RSM
- Able to learn knowledge of company's products and pricing programs and able to quote standard building to dealers
- Able to visit potential dealers and convince them to become a customer.
- Ability to find potential customers through networking, cold calling, and provided lists.
