Regional Sales Manager - Mobile Equipment (PA, OH, NJ, VA, MD, DE, TN, KY and WV)

OUR CLIENT – This Company is one of the country’s leading manufacturers of mobile equipment and has been in business for nearly 60 years. They are well known for their dedication to quality and service. They have earned a solid reputation for equipment quality, reliability and strength.  Their products are manufactured at 3 facilities in the U.S. to provide quick access and value to their customers.  They market their equipment nationwide through a network of independent dealers. THEIR OPPORTUNITY - Our client is searching for a Regional Sales Manager who will support 50 distributors covering a 9 state area (PA, OH, NJ, VA, MD, DE, TN, KY and WV).  Although there is flexibility, the ideal location for this candidate to live would be in Pennsylvania. You will be responsible for existing distributor growth as well as new distributor prospecting and development. You will have responsibility for selling and promoting the product brand, communicating customer needs and ideas to the company, responding to industry trends, dealing with customer concerns, drilling down to determine issues in the marketplace and making sales calls to end users with distributors. You will report to the North American Sales Manager. The position includes a base salary of $60-$65k plus bonus potential based on personal and company performance.  The position includes an outstanding paid benefits package.  

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR IN A CANDIDATE:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Equipment sales experience 
  • Previous territory sales management experience with a verifiable record of increased sales and share
  • Experience in developing and presenting dealer training programs

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook.

    

COMPENSATION: 

Base salary of $60-$65k plus bonus potential based on personal and company performance and an outstanding paid benefits package.
