We are looking for an experienced automotive sales professional who wants a career, not just a job.  We have an immediate opening for a Regional Sales Manager.  Your territory will encompass all of Ohio.   You must reside in Ohio.

In this role, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for the generation of new sales in predetermined geographic territories.  This challenging and rewarding position will require you to call on designated accounts within a region, manage strategic distributor partners, develop and maintain key relationships with end users, analyze competitive activity and deliver a sales plan.  You will solve problems and create value for our customers, provide solutions that improve productivity, improve quality, decrease costs, and decrease plant down time.  You will build relationships at all levels of the customer’s organization: operators, engineering, maintenance, and management, etc.

The ideal candidate must possess the following:

-          University degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing or Engineering

-          Extensive overnight travel mandatory

-          Strong sales orientation

-          Great computer skills

-          An entrepreneurial attitude

-          Ideas to develop new business through traditional and innovative sales and marketing techniques

-          Competitive analysis is required

-          Must have a proven track record of success, i.e. your resume must illustrate accomplishments and achievements backed by solid references. 

-          The overwhelming desire and drive necessary to be amoung the very best technical regional sales manager in the industry

-          A competitive spirit, i.e. the drive and desire to want to out-think, out-wit and out-smart the competition

-          You like to get to know people and have the ability to build quick, strong alliances and business relationships with people at all levels in the organization on which you’ll be calling.

-          You must live in Ohio
