Midwest Regional Sales Manager (manufacturing components) / SANTIAGO

Client is well-established manufacturer of critical non-friction industrial components. They hold the largest market share in their area of specialty targeting industries include but not limited to AEROSPACE, MEDICAL DEVICE, AUTOMOTIVE, TRANSPORTATION, MANUFACTURING, ETC. Companies success comes from them providing an engineered sales solution as opposed to selling a low cost commodity product.
With that being said, the US VP of Sales has authorized the search for a Midwest Regional Sales Manager with proven background growing sales to this niche market.

Qualified candidates will have the following:
Candidate will possess a BS Degree, prefer MS and/or MBA
Candidate will have 7-10 years management experience of developing remote sales personnel of all tenure.
Candidate will have previous revenue responsibility of at least $50M
Candidate will have recent experience selling non-friction industrial components.
Position reports directly to the US VP of Sales.
THIS IS A CRITICAL HIRE, IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE IDENTIFIED, QUALIFIED, AND SELECTED BY END OF December.
Compensation consists of base + bonus based on sales growth over previous year. Full benefits, Car Allowance, expenses paid.
