Regional Sales Manager

North Central Region

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for leading a regional sales team of 5 Account Executives who sell all Nova Biomedical diagnostic analyzers to hospitals throughout this specified geographical area.  Accountable for hiring, developing, and coaching Nova Account Executives to deliver sales goals.  Responsible for continued support of existing Nova customers through personal relationships and support.  RSM will report to the Director of Field Sales.  The successful candidate will have a BS/BA degree and at least 2 to 5 years of direct capital sales experience to hospitals along with direct sales management experience with documented success.  Candidates must live in the North Central Region, preferably near Chicago, Detroit or Cleveland.
