Ingenia Polymers is a leader in the fields of masterbatches, toll compounding and grinding services. Because of our fast growth, we are looking to add Regional Sales Manager for our Masterbatches division in the North East US.

Our regional sales managers handle sales to existing and new customers in cooperation with our marketing team, national account managers and our regional teams of inside sales and technical service personnel.

Candidates should have a degree in Chemical or Polymer Engineering. A combination of 3-5 years of sales, technical service or processing experience in polyethylene is preferred. Technical people with hands-on film extrusion experience, who are looking for the opportunity to make a career switch into sales, are encouraged to apply.

These positions require residence in the region. Applicants must be eligible to work in the U.S. without work or travel restrictions. Extensive travel (~80%) is required. We are flexible to the ares of residence but due to travel its important to be near a major city for travel. We do not offer relocation assistance to an alternate region.
