JOB DESCRIPTION
· Achieve defined revenue, yield, retention, and growth goals for the region through a strategic sales effort.
· Establish new accounts with corporate aircraft operators in the region.
· Establish & maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers and grow revenues from existing customers.
· Work with Dallas based Account Executive with regard to scheduling new and existing clients.
· Travel as necessary to ensure the achievement of revenue goals and retention of clients. (50%)
· Ensure that each new account has signed a contract with appropriate terms and conditions.
· Ensure that incoming calls, Internet requests, and other leads are responded to appropriately.
· Keep the CRM (Baan) database up to date with current opportunities, contacts, and proposals.
· Additional duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
· Must be able to work in a culturally diverse group
· Demonstrated ability to be adaptable and flexible with the capacity to accept change.
· BA/BS degree in Business, Aviation Management, or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 2-3 years experience in corporate sales. Aviation sales experience is strongly preferred.
· Solid negotiation skills.
· Demonstrated ability to think on an analytical level.
· Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills; as this position requires work over the phone the ability to communicate effectively is key.
· Strong listening skills.
· Exceptional sales presentation, communication and organizational skills.
· Experienced “Closer” with proven results
· Computer and Internet literate
QUALIFICATIONS PREFERRED
· Good working knowledge of CAE’s internal structure and the training service business in general.
· Pilot Certificate(s).
