Job description
This position is based in Houston Texas. The Regional Sales Manager, Oil & Gas, would be in charge of all activities related to offshore platform, ship projects and o-land applications developed in Houston and surrounding areas, working with the oil companies, operators, fire equipment suppliers and contractors
Responsibilities
* Establish market for water mist and HI-FOG
* Develop knowledge of water mist and name brand of HI-FOG
* Develop market strategy and communicate market information to Marioff.
* Expand professional network
* Identify future projects at an early stage.
* Work with different parties to include water mist or HI-FOG into the specifications at an early stage of a project.
* Perform sales to all relevant parties in the area to ensure that HI-FOG is the selected vendor, even though the actual sales takes place abroad.
* Cultivate customer contacts with existing and potential customers to maximize business opportunities and ensure sensitivity and response to changing customer and market needs
* Accurate and timely forecasting of sales opportunities
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, technical or a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience/Qualifications:
- 5 years experience in technical product sales or an equivalent.
- Business development experience, with technical products is desirable.
- Experience presenting and preparing technical and sales presentations.
- Good knowledge of the North American oil and gas markets and its players
