Regional Sales Market Manager to join our dynamic team and manage our major
account activities in Pittsburgh and Northeast PA. Responsibilities include
sales, marketing, client relations, and management of staff.



Ideal candidates will have the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hospitality or similar field or equivalent
experience

• 3+ years of sales, marketing, and management experience. Nightlife industry
experience preferred.

•Oversees
handling of key accounts. (Beer, Spirits, Lifestyle Brands)

• Background in management of direct reports and internal/external teams in a
fast paced environment

• Develops,
and mentors other Market Managers in the region

• Ability to prospect, cold call and warm sell

• Basic knowledge of hiring, managing, motivating, and coaching employees.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Ability to negotiate on behalf of the Company.

• Proven ability to deliver upon set-forth goals and objectives for the region

• Media
agency experience a plus
