Responsibilities:
è Achieve sales targets
è Identify and implement strategic and tactical sales delivery approaches
è Develop sales plans and diverse customer initiatives in order to increase business opportunities
è Manage the whole sales process (from first contacts via proposal to contract)
è Understand and communicate the value proposition of RIB software solutions
è Provide documentation and sales reports
Qualifications:
è Expertise in the business processes of our target groups AEC(architecture, Engineering, Construction), or EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction)
è Experience working with ERP systems and construction/engineering specific software applications would be an advantage
è Hold an outstanding portfolio of business to business high value sales achievements, and an inherent ability and understanding of high value sales
è Excellent customer service skills verified by developing and maintaining client relationships at all levels within the client organization
è Be able to work flexibly with regard to activities and hours in a role that will involve frequent travel
è Confident and professional presentation skills
è Highly motivated individual with a keen desire to play a pivotal role in the success of RIB software
