We are seeking motivated Regional Sourcing Advisors in our Spokane, Washington headquarters. To qualify, you must demonstrate a desire to identify and fill a need for sourcing services among manufacturing organizations in the USA and Canada. You must be energetic and driven, with exceptional follow-up skills and an ability to create value in a dynamic business-to-business environment. This is an inside sales position combined with thorough account management duties. Regular cold calling is expected. Our company specializes in matching buyers of custom manufactured parts with manufacturers (suppliers) who have the capability and capacity to make those parts.

Job Duties:

• Prospect via phone and email for new companies to add to our buyer network
• Meet or exceed personal and department targets
• Learn industry trends which impact our supplier membership
• Incorporate company guidelines while creatively adding unique approaches

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Strong computer skills - MS Word/Excel/Outlook/Internet/database proficiency recommended

• Phone skills a must – must be comfortable making many calls, including cold calls

• Team player

• Good organization skills

• High energy, positive approach

• Coachable, adaptable, quick learner

• Must be comfortable speaking with all company types - small to Fortune 500

• Strong prospecting and presentation skills

Strongly desired:

• Knowledge of supply chain management

• Custom manufacturing experience or knowledge

• Account management skills

• Ability to read blueprints and CAD drawings
